    His background at Grand Chateau​ Lafitte Rothschild​, and coming to the US to work alongside iconic winemaker Phillippe​ Me​lka, amongst others. Julien's wines from Azur and Covert, and many more are renowned in the Napa Valley and world for their elegance and purity of soul. Julien believes that the winemaker is guided by the grapes and the soil and the soul of the land.

    He and his wife, Elan, and their children will welcome a small group into the magic winemaking world. They will walk this group of VIP's through their own wealth of passion and accomplishment as they allow wines to be sampled, and show their group the unique view that Julien's history combined with the Napa Valley grapes to create their own magical world.

His work as a winemaker began in California and Napa with Newton, and then he migrated to France where he became one of the only American winemakers ever to oversee a Grand Cru Classe in St. Emillion and five years honing his winemaking and education. His success in France and experience in those hallowed vineyards led to him returning to Napa with his wife, Claire, and becoming one of the top winemakers in the United States. His work with Beringer, Quintessa, Don Quixote, Stagecoach and Blackbird amongst others is respected across the world. His ease and passion for wine, his great smile and his perfect beret usually give the message that Aaron loves his world and wants to share it. He and Claire's Pott Wines are their personal passion and complement a rich world of collaboration with a handful of select Napa Valley wineries.

    Victor Scargle is a name well known on the streets of Yountville and across the legendary Napa Valley. He often can be found growing and harvesting his own vegatable garden with his family, or in the finest kitchens serving 5-star meals to the top elite in the country. Chef Victor loves the Yountville landscape and has a rich history in the area for many years. His time at the Culinary Institue of America, and his tenure at the Bardessono hotel let him to be one of our very first featured chefs 2 years ago. Victor has been cooking all over the world for over 20 years from Singapore to Tribecca Grill in New York to Michael Minna's team in Las Vegas and across America.

    Chef Victor will be showing us all how to make gnocchi the "right" way. His comment to us was.... don't "overhandle" the gnocchi. We're not 100% sure what that means specifically, but we cannot wait to find the secrets of this revered chef and his experience cooking across the world.
