Driven by old soul and rock n’ roll, Northern California-based, Kingsborough has created a huge following with their urgent, authentic, roots rock sound. From stage to studio, this independent group of musicians reflects the old school “Working Band” mentality with a heavy focus on raw high-energy performances. With hard-hitting choruses, expansive vocal harmonies and blues-infused guitar work, it is clear that Kingsborough’s influences range from The Beatles and James Brown to The Black Keys and Alabama Shakes. BAM magazine describes their performance as “rocking it like the big boys used to… the same way that Springsteen has always done.” Building a reputation for an incomparable live concert experience has lead Kingsborough to perform with Weezer, ZZ Top, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts and many more.

The band recently teamed up with Grammy Nominated producer, Damien Page Lewis (Rihanna, The Wood Brothers, Katy Perry, Kimbra, Usher) to create their sophomore album “1544”. The album spent 6 weeks in a row on NACC’s Top 200 list peaking at #65. The anthemic single off the album, “Low Down”, is currently featured on Spotify’s “Blues & Roots Rock” playlist alongside Sturgill Simpson, Ben Harper and Gary Clark Jr.
