Chef Ben Robinson started his career at ZuZu in January of
2002. With the success of the restaurant, and the popularity of our
signature Paella, Mick and Ben collaborated on starting a catering
company in 2014.  In 2015, Chef Ben and ZuZu’s Chef, Armando,
developed a recipe for a wood fired paella, and the ZuZu Wood Fired
Paella Catering Company was born with Ben being named Executive
Chef/Partner.  Since then, the company has been involved with numerous
wineries and events, including Bottlerock, Crocker Starr’s Carnivus
Maximus and Flora Springs Trilogy Release party.
