ARE THERE ID REQUIREMENTS OR AN AGE LIMIT TO ENTER THE EVENT?

This event is for attendees who are 21 and over.

Yes, all food and drink is included at all events.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE VIP WEEKEND PASS?

The Yountville Live VIP Weekend Pass includes all weekend events plus concierge service for access to special wine tasting opportunities on Friday. Additionally, VIP Pass holders have access to preferred seating, preferred pours in the Yountville Live Pavilion VIP area during Taste of Yountville.

WHAT CAN/CAN’T I BRING TO THE EVENT?

No outside food or beverage. All events require tickets.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Napa Valley is typically what we call ‘wine country casual.’ For dinners, a jacket with slacks or dark jeans is suitable for gentlemen and dresses or slacks for ladies. During the day, for events like the Grand Cru, Taste of Yountville and Bubbles Brunch, attire can include slacks, dress shorts or jeans and casual dresses. We encourage you to dress to the nines for the Red Carpet Gala. Think Grammys with photographers and the Yountville Live red carpet. Wine country temperatures drop during the evenings, so always be prepared with layers, wraps and something for cool evenings. Consult the forecast to determine if you’ll need sunscreen or umbrellas.

IS MY REGISTRATION/TICKET TRANSFERRABLE?

CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION?

Yes, you can update your registration on the Eventbrite site if you purchased there, or you can submit a support ticket request and we will assist you.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?

Yes, please bring your ticket order confirmation to the event with you along with a photo ID.

I PURCHASED A TICKET TO TASTE OF YOUNTVILLE, HOW DO I PICK UP MY TICKET?

If you purchased an a la carte ticket to the Taste of Yountville, your ticket will be available at the Will Call office. Details will follow closer to the event.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Tickets are non refundable. All sales are final.

THE NAME ON THE REGISTRATION/TICKET DOESN’T MATCH THE ATTENDEE. IS THAT OKAY?

If possible, please update your ticket holders using Eventbrite, or submit a support ticket request.

For this year’s Yountville Live, we have setup community forums for asking questions, talking to us and connecting with each other in advance of and after the event. Of course, you can still do this on our Facebook page, but we are trying to figure out the best way for you to make new friends and reconnect with friends from past events.
