Partnering with Golden Gate Meat Co., our brand new state of the art facility is located near the San Francisco Bay. We open in summer 2018 to begin our whole hog operation of limited batch curing; including Incontro family salumi and Jamón Mangalitsa. Our products will be available beginning late summer 2018.
